Our owner, Scott McDaniel, is a software developer who does work for the Naval Research Laboratories, NASA, and various other Aerospace and Financial companies. These people are SERIOUS about privacy and confidentiality, and that behavior has been passed along to the heating and air conditioning company. We will never sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer any information that you provide us. The information you provide us is NOT stored on any web server or other web-based computer appliance, and cannot be transmitted from our machines to any other machine. As with any web-based transfer, be careful what you send to use via email - any item transmitted through the internet is susceptible to being hijacked or stolen so be conscious of what you put in your emails. NEVER send up personal or financial information through a standard email. No one from Wrenn Heating and Air or this website will ever ask you for personal or financial details through email.
