Wrenn Heating and Air started in 1974 with little more than a pickup truck and a desire to do things the right way. After working for other HVAC companies for years, Ernest Wrenn decided to go out on his own. Since that time, we have been providing the residents of the CSRA with professional, reliable HVAC service.
We do everything in the HVAC field - new home installations, preventive maintenance, repairs and system replacements.
We hear it all the time - You had an HVAC company come out and within 15 minutes they've condemned your system and a salesman is on the way.
We don't do that. We don't even have salesmen. We have HVAC technicians with decades of experience who are trained to repair systems first. There are times when your system can't be repaired, or it makes sense to replace your system, and if that's the case our techs will let you know - but we'll also give you the option to repair, if that's at all possible.
And that's something that's rare these days. Too many companies incentivize their techs to make sales, either through parts sales or new systems. Techs are given commission on their parts sales, and BIG commissions if they sell a new system.
We don't do that. Our techs are paid a very good wage, and we don't hand out commissions. We only work with honest, reliable people who share our same mindset.
